Re-Registration for 2012/2013 School Year
Re-Registration forms and Transportation forms will be sent home to all current students enrolled in Our Lady of Hope Regional School from pre-K through grade seven. If you previously indicated that you have a new sibling you may register that student along with your current students.
Family Tuition rates for the 2012/2013 school year are structured as follows:
Catholic Rate
- First Child $4,050
- Second Child: $3,100
- Third Child (or more) $2,500
Non-Catholic Rate
- Each Child $5,200
Fees
The Registration fee is $100 per student in K through 8th grade and $50 for PreK3 or PreK4 per student. Other fees include a $150 Instructional Fee (Book fee). We will not be charging a PTA or Facility fee this year. Your tuition contract will outline these fees and ask for your voluntary participation in fundraising programs which supplement our revenue and help to minimize tuition increases for all.

Eligibility
Kindergarten - Child must be 5 years old by September 30, 2012
First Grade - Child must be 6 years old by September 30, 2012
Needed for Registration
- Copy of baptismal and birth certificates required
- Copy of immunization records required
- Registration fee $100.00 (non-refundable)
- If registering for Grades 1-8, a copy of academic records from last year and this year are required.
Tuition Assistance
Smart Tuition Assistance is the program used by the Diocese of Camden. As the time of re-registration or for new registrations, families are encouraged toapply online for assistance. www.smarttuitionaid.com is the website to make application. Families who qualify will be notified of the assistance that will be given toward the student's tuition.
