Requirements for Kindergarten Registration
- Child must be 5 years old by September 30th (this is a Diocesan Policy)
- Completed Registration Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- $100 Registration Fee
For all New Students in 1st - 8th grade
- All of the above in addition to a copy of last 2 years of report cards
