Winter Open House on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

Applications for 2017/18 may be submitted for consideration beginning Nov. 16, 2016.

Admission Requirements

  • Completed Application Form
  • $100 Application Fee
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate
  • Prior School Transcripts (last 2 years of report cards if applying for 1st-8th grade)
  • Completed Transportation (Bus) Form
  • Completed Health History – (must be submitted before school starts)

OLOH Acceptance Policy and Application Deadlines

Registration for current families will begin in November, once our current families are registered we will know exactly how many seats are available in each class for the new incoming students (families).  New students will be accepted on a rolling basis, following the below deadlines:

1st – Siblings & OLOH Pre-K4     Deadline – December 18, 2016

2nd - OLOH Pre-K Students      Deadline - December 18, 2016

3rd - Students of Alumni      Deadline - February 12, 2017

4th - Parishioners     Deadline - February 12, 2017
(all 4 supporting Parishes)

5th  – All other New Families Catholic or Non/Catholic     Deadline – March 3, 2017

* Acceptance Letters will be sent out the week of March 21, 2017.
